Alicia Bay Laurel is a touring singer/songwriter/storyteller with three well-received self-produced CDs and fourth one being recorded. Many people know her from her cult classic, bestselling bohemian back-to-the-land book, Living on the Earth, first published in 1970, and still in print in three languages, which she wrote, illustrated and designed at the ages of 19 and 20. She has illustrated and designed nine published books, six of which she wrote. She travels frequently to Japan, where she is beloved as an icon of natural living.
