In July of 2008 the Top 8 songs on MP3.Com "Easy Listening" charts were held by this versatile songwriter. "Black Ghost" won first prize as the "Acoustic Song of the Month" in an Int'l Song Contest. And in 2010, "Love & The Leaving" was a semi-finalist in the UK Songwriting Contest.
