Jordan's music blends urban found sound with ethereal, Celtic melodies and percussive acoustic guitar. Her music has seen recognition in underground communities such as the local and European darkwave scenes:

Jordan has been nominated for three national music awards in her home country, and has performed or appeared on notable film/TV soundtracks including "Lord of the Rings", "Shortland Street" and "Blessed". She has also appeared on the internationally renowned "Cafe Del Mar" compilations.
Jordan has had three album length commissions from the New Zealand Arts
Council including her most recent CD “How the Dead Live” which tells the tale of one of New Zealand's first pioneers and her struggle with the character "History" to avoid being overlooked.
Jordan has played live over several continents, both as part of larger festivals, as support band, and her own shows.
